Sometimes summer is bright and garish, full of luscious greens and vibrant sky blues, clashing colours and melting ice lollies. Other times you are stuck in your apartment trying to understand why your freaking bond-order is still not Hermitian. Sometimes you really just want to copy the layout and tone of Charlie's blog :-)
I have yet to haul the giant IKEA storage bag of summer clothes out from under my bed - I'm scared of the dust bunnies and (EEK) dead spiders I might find - so I'm wearing the one pair of shorts I kept in my winter wardrobe for layering over leggings. Thankfully they have an adjustable waistband because my weight seems to be all over the place lately. Either that or it's monthly bloat...
