Alex Loves Me

Now that her site is back up and running, Alex posted these photos of me from around fashion week.  I knew I should never have told her how to work her camera...  Above I'm wearing my John Rocha outfit - the snakeprint chiffon shirt and tinsel headband are both from the A/W 11 collection - when we sat together at the Jasper Conran show.  Jasper sent out a lovely decoupaged invitation that you could see through. 

A close-up of my freshly dip-dyed locks!  They were such a wonderful pastel shade of blue...Well, it was nice for the day that it lasted.  You can also see the print on the Givenchy top I bought during the Paris shows last season. 

Above Jen and I pose after what I can only assume to have been a bucket load of free cocktails.  Why else would I be so shiny?  I'm wearing my Maria Francesca Pepe spike ring and I painted my nails in a combination of Chanel Black Pearl and Dior Bronze. 

Don't I look delightfully dumpy in this little outfit?  OK, OK, days of carrying around an SLR, iPad, wallets, keys, water, tickets and hair products pinched from goody bags had led to serious spinal slumpage at this point.  I'm wearing a Damir Doma loose-knit sweater over a Helmut Lang t-shirt, a kilt in my traditional family tartan (I chose the 'hunting' version of MacGregor), my Eddie Borgo necklace from Colette and a Comme des Garcons practical backpack.  Oooh sunglasses were provided courtesy of Mulberry. 

Once I'm fully recovered I'm sure I'll be sad that fashion week is over for another season.  For the moment I'm just exhausted and have so much other work and packing to think about...
